The Tak'iya situation
Was Tak'iya in the wrong? Yes. Bodycam footage used as an evidence in the court, shows she tried to steal liquor, flee and run over someone.
Was the police in the wrong? YES. She was pregnant. It wasn’t only one life which was taken, it was TWO lives which were taken. The shooting could’ve been easily avoided.

Yes, that bike fiasko.
Was the sister in the wrong for trying to defend her brother? Of course not. The family always supports one other. Or most of the time.
She got only one thing wrong: The bike was in his use only from 06:33 PM to 07:19 PM. Meaning, it stopped being in his possession five minutes ago. When you dock the bike, it's free estate for anyone else. The nurse didn't break any law. If his cellphone was on that bike while he's gone and she had tried to take it despite she could've clearly seen the thing still being there, then she would've been a thief.
There were several other bikes nearby at that time. He could've easily taken a new one instead of picking a fight and using an ableist slur. We have city bikes and city scooters here in Finland as well and they work in the exact same way.
And all the fuss because of this.

I don't mind people disagreeing with my headcanons/AUs. That's what freedom of opinion is about. What I'm NOT alright with is that I'm called "groomer" or "child abuser", and yet falsely.
